refund policy

We are always happy to see our products adding value to you and our other customers. However, if you think you need to get a refund, please read the section below:


digital products

Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and product is sent. Please note that we offer digital products, not services, so there is no way to close access to the files that you’ve already received.


faulty and technical issues

The Consumer Rights Act gives you rights to claim against the seller if your digital download is faulty.


As a seller, we can issue a refund if there is a technical problem and we can't help you to resolve the matter or if there was a misrepresentation in the product description.


In those cases, the refund period is 30 days from the moment of the purchase.


We consider a technical problem to be one of the following:


  • Non-delivery of the product: due to some computer, mobile phone or mailing issues with your e-mail provider or your own mail server, you might not be able to download or receive a delivery email from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance.
  • Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported directly to our technical support.
  • Product not-as-described: such issues must be reported to our technical support within 14 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the product description page. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.

In a description available on the product page of each product, we specify the specifications of the products and that colors may appear differently due to monitor and printer settings.


Therefore, please kindly note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products that is not specified in our products' descriptions.


Therefore, as a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site. There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:


  • You change your mind about an item and/or
  • You bought an item by mistake


And, as our Refund Policy is provided throughout our website in open access. Please note that when purchasing a product through our website you are, as a customer, considered to be aware of our Refund Policy statements.


physical products

We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@oandmo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3276 Northside Pkwy NW, Suite 11106, Atlanta, GA, 30327.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

custom products

Because of the nature of a custom product, we cannot provide refunds on such items unless the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.


damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


european union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.


If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
